Simple…we basically parse the data and pictures from any emailed property alert that would get sent to a contact, then post those pictures along with a custom link back to your site to Facebook and Google.

Will this get me leads?

We are not making a claim that this will generate leads; however, from time to time you will get comments and messages from leads or forced registrations from leads who enter the link to learn more. Think of this as consistent branding that all your social media followers and algorithms will know your page is the one to go to for new listings.

What is the setup fee for?

We have a small set up fee to assist you in setting up all the back end connections.

What are the cancellation terms?

Just email us 30 days in advance and we will disable your subscription.

Which Social Media platforms do you post to?

We currently post to Facebook Business pages, Google My Business, and Instagram Business accounts. Facebook Business pages must be upgraded into Facebook Business Manager, this is a quick process.

When will I get my first post?

Once you’ve authorized connections to your social media accounts and set up your property search, we can get your posts activated. This is typically in 24-48 hours if you’re prompt in completing all initial steps.

Why can’t you post to my personal accounts?

We encourage you to share the posts from your business pages to your personal accounts on occasion and to your Facebook & Instagram Stories to increase engagement. At this time we do not offer the option to post directly on your personal accounts.
